It also has good temperature uniformity, adjustable heat flux density, reversible heat transfer direction, etc. When used to form a heat pipe heat exchanger, it not only has the inherent characteristics of large heat transfer, small temperature difference, light weight, small volume, and rapid thermal response of heat pipes, but also has the advantages of easy installation, easy maintenance, long service life, low resistance loss, easy separation between inlet and outlet air ducts, and no leakage from each other. It is an ideal energy-saving product in air conditioning, ventilation, waste heat recovery devices, solar absorbers, and other fields. 2、 Working principle When one end of the heat pipe is heated, the working fluid inside the pipe vaporizes, absorbing the heat of vaporization from the heat source. After vaporization, the steam flows towards the other end and condenses to release latent heat to the heat dissipation zone. The condensate flows back due to gravity and continues to be heated in a reciprocating cycle, transferring a large amount of heat from the heating zone to the heat dissipation zone. The heat transfer inside the heat pipe is carried out through the phase transition process of the working fluid. |
